D-Link

Not impressed with my purchase of a new router.  We wanted a faster connection for our wireless laptops, desktop and PS3, so I thought it was time to get a router with the N designation.  I dreaded the potential problems that could occur, and sure enough they came to pass.

It took 3 calls to D-Link and 3 calls to Windstream before I finally got it.  Of course the manual sucks and the customer service people were poor.  Static IP address, dynamic connections, subnet masks - no good...
